What we collect
When you send a quote request or contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, what kind of space you're furnishing, your timeline, and your message. If you email directly, we receive your email like anyone you write to. That's the personal information we collect — we don't ask for more because we don't need more to quote furniture.
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs (IP addresses, pages requested, browser type). We use those only for keeping the site running and secure.
What we do with it
We use your information to reply to you: answering questions, preparing quotes, and following up on the project you asked about. That's the whole list. We don't sell your information, rent it, trade it, or add you to marketing lists. You won't get a newsletter you didn't ask for or a “just checking in” drip sequence — that's a promise made on the quote form, and it holds here too.
Who else touches it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a third-party form service (currently Web3Forms), which processes your submission in order to deliver it — that's its only role. Email, naturally, passes through email providers. When a quote turns into an order, the details needed to fulfil it (like a delivery address) are shared with the suppliers and freight carriers doing the work — and only the details needed to do it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't run advertising trackers and doesn't set cookies to profile you. If we ever add basic traffic analytics, it'll be for aggregate counts (which pages get read), not personal profiles — and we'll update this page to say so.
How long we keep things
Correspondence and quotes are kept while they're useful to your project and for a reasonable period after, since furniture questions have a habit of returning (“can we add 40 matching chairs?” two years later is a real and frequent email). If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. No forms, no hoops — a one-line email does it.
Children
This site is for businesses and organizations buying commercial furniture; it isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If how we handle information changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top moves. Questions about any of it are welcome at [email protected].
