Banquet seating gets bought as a fleet, and it should be quoted as one. A hall that seats 300 needs chairs, spares for the ones that go missing, and — the part every first quote forgets — the dollies that let two people flip the room in an hour. We price all of it together, because that's how it gets used.

The per-seat math is where we start: at event volumes, a seating package typically lands between $40 and $100 per seat depending on frame and upholstery. From there it's about matching the package to how hard your room works. A hall running three events a week needs a different chair than one running three a month, and we'll spec accordingly instead of quoting the same package to everyone. We don't supply banquet tables — if you need those, buy them locally where the freight math works in your favor, and we'll size the chair count around them.
